Pricing

All products on this website are payable in New Zealand dollars.

All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services tax at the rate of 15%.

We may vary any prices on our website at any time, with no notice to the buyer.

All orders are subject to availability of products. As soon as products are unavailable we will endeavor to update this on the website.

Delivery

Once orders are received we will endeavor to dispatch the order within the specified time frame (date put in by the buyer).

Courier

Auckland 

Delivery zone 1 - $15
Delivery zone 2 - $25
Delivery zone 3 (Rural) - $40

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Business deliveries - we aim to have all business deliveries achieved within business hours.

Orders must be received by 11.30am for same day delivery in Auckland (non rural)

All orders after 11:31am will be sent on next day delivery unless requested on a future date. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We do not deliver outside of Auckland at this stage.

Orders will only be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders can be accepted over the weekend but will be delivered on the Monday following.

Please make sure the delivery address and information supplied is correct. We take no responsibility for any incorrect information supplied or misdelivery. We have the right to not deliver if the location is unsafe, the recipient is not at the address specified and/or the recipient refuses to accept the gift. If the recipient is not at the address we will leave the gift in what we believe is a safe location at the address. We are not liable if it goes missing or is damaged. Change in delivery address will incur an additional delivery cost. 

Any products not able to be delivered will brought back to our premises and we will endeavor to get in contact with the buyer. Any redelivery fees are at the buyers expense. 

Peak periods Deliveries

Over peak times, Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc we cannot guarantee same day delivery due to the courier systems being overloaded. We advise putting in your orders as early as possible.  

Care/Returns

Your flowers need some love and care to keep them blooming:

  1. Unwrap your flowers and trim the stems on a diagonal
  2. Place them into fresh water and keep them out of direct sunlight
  3. Renew water every 3 days to keep them lasting for longer 

Vase care: hand wash only. Our vases are water tight but we advise you to put a protective covering under the vase to protect your furniture. 

Due to our products being close to nature they may have some imperfections. We embrace these imperfections in each bunch and stand by our product 100%. 

We guarantee the highest quality of our products. If for any reason your order is damaged we will endeavor to fix up any issues. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess any damage. If not contacted within 24 hours of receiving the goods we reserve the right to not replace your order.
